Terms and Conditions
BrandSpin agrees to perform all services agreed upon by both parties. We will do everything in our power to deliver the best results possible to our clients. In the event that a client is not happy with the work provided, we will do everything we can to help fix the problem as long as it is not outside of the original scope provided at time of engagement.
There are no refunds on work provided unless BrandSpin does not adhere to the project or does not deliver what was discussed. Payment is due prior to services being performed and all sales are final. Cancellations of any monthly retainer agreements require 30 day prior notice before the next billing cycle to ensure that we can finish up any outstanding projects or collect on any outstanding debts owed by the client.
Unless otherwise stated or agreed upon before the project begins, there are no guarantees or warranties of any kind on the work performed by BrandSpin.
